UPFNA

Universal Peace Foundation of North America (UPFNA), was founded in Omaha, Nebraska, USA in 1999. It was formally registered as a non-profit organization under 501(c)(3) in 2005. This organization is guided by Gurumahan and its parent organization in India to spread universal peace. The mission of this foundation is to develop individual inner peace through the practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, thereby  achieving universal peace. When an individual is peaceful within, their family is peaceful. When families are happier, the society, nation and the whole world become peaceful.

UPFNA uses a holistic three-pronged approach in activities to train the body by using a series of simple Hatha Yoga postures, focusing the mind by using a series of breathing techniques, and connecting with the self by a series of meditation techniques.

UPFNA is solely supported by  donations. It offers its services to the community through classes and workshops. Classes are offered in both in-person and online setup. Please call us for specific details.

# Weekly kids yoga classes  are for children and youth, from kindergarten to high school. The Yoga classes are offered at three levels, based on age.
