Ardha Sirsasana (Half Head Stand)
Ardha = Half, Sirs = Head, Asana = Pose/Posture

Ardha Sirsasana is a basic inverted yoga posture that serves as a preparatory pose for the full version of Sirsasana.
Instructions
- Sit in Vajrasana(Thunderbolt Pose): Kneel, bring your big toes together, put your heels apart, and sit on your feet.
- Place your forearms on the ground, keeping your elbows in front of your knees. Interlace your fingers and place your hands on the ground.
- Rest the top of your head on the ground, making contact with your hands. Ensure your head is secure in your hands, as it should not move during the entire execution of the asana.
- Inhale, extend your legs, lifting yourself onto the tips of your toes while raising your hips, almost forming a triangle.
- Take 2–3 deep breaths, keeping your neck and shoulders relaxed.
- Exhale, bend your knees, place them back on the mat, and return to the starting position.
- Repeat this process 2–3 more times.
